DESCRIPTION: The project is a collaboration of 112 residential units, restaurant, gymnasiums, and retail area with swimming pool at the roof floor with a total GFA of 11,141.20 sq.m. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design; commissioning consultancy; performance, engineering simulation and modeling to target Estidama One Pearl Rating during the design and construction stages. 

Scope of Services: Sustainability Consultancy including;

  • Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 1 Pearl)
  • Performance, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
  • Energy Simulation and Modeling
  • Environmental Consultancy (CWMP)
